What are the house rules for Cinnamon Spice?
A signed renter agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. Max occupancy is 2 guests—only listed guests may stay overnight. Pets welcome up to 2—$150 pet fee at booking; non-disclosure incurs a $200/pet fine; no pets on furniture or in the hot tub. Strict no smoking/vaping indoors (patio OK; $200 fine plus deep cleaning fees). No unauthorized visitors ($200/guest fine). No parties or glitter ($500 fine). Checkout: towels to laundry room, trash to outdoor cans, dishes in dishwasher started.
Is this cabin good for couples?
Absolutely. Cinnamon Spice is designed specifically as a romantic couples retreat. It sleeps up to 3 with a king bed and a sofa bed, but the vibe is most suited to a couple looking for a private, peaceful escape.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome (up to 2). A $150 pet fee is required at booking. Non-disclosure of pets incurs a $200/pet fine. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the hot tub.
Is the hot tub available year-round?
Yes, the hot tub is available year-round and professionally cleaned between every stay. Please shower before use and follow posted safety guidelines.
What are the hot tub rules?
Hot tub use is at your own risk. Maintain the temperature between 100°F and 104°F—do not enter if it exceeds 104°F, and limit sessions to 15 minutes. Do not sit, stand, or jump on the cover. No jumping or diving. Avoid excessive splashing as it can damage the circuit board. No oils or soaps in the spa. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Avoid alcohol or drowsy medications while soaking. Pregnant women, the elderly, and those with heart conditions should consult a doctor first. Always replace the cover when not in use.
How far is the cabin from Hochatown?
Hochatown dining, breweries, and activities are approximately 9–13 minutes away. Beavers Bend State Park is about 15 minutes from the cabin.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
What is the cancellation policy and terms?
Guests receive a 97% refund (less a $50 cancellation fee) if cancelled 30+ days before arrival; 50% refund (less a $50 fee) if 14–30 days before arrival; no refund within 14 days. Travel insurance and damage protection fees are non-refundable. 50% of the total is due at booking; remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.
